Paradigm Fitness’ semi-private personal training studio offers several programs to meet the needs of our members. For new members we offer our free Test Drive session. This package is designed so that you may evaluate our personal training services to make sure we are the appropriate fit to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. You will have the opportunity to work with an available personal trainer on our staff at no cost to you.
