Thanks to me? -- Hah! You have no idea how pleased I am to find a real person to train with and a real facility. When I looked for a trainer, I had nightmares of ending up --- well, being surrounded by perfumed teeny boppers wearing fashionable outfits, and some inept hireling (trainer) speaking in slogans. Phew. I have had much experience with people, and I knew your place was the right place for me within minutes -- it is REAL as opposed to BS.

Shieva originally came to Paradigm Fitness as a young figure skater to improve her performance on the ice. But after she stopped skating, she went to college, gained the typical "college weight" and fell into poor eating and exercise habits. Shieva returned to work with Paradigm Fitness and we changed her eating habits and trained intensely to achieve the pictured results. She's not finished and will continue making great progress.
