Paradigm Fitness offers One-on-one Personal Training and Group Personal Training, which cover all of the necessary information to get you the best results possible. One-on-one sessions are thirty minutes (more than adequate to achieve great results) and will progress you accordingly with a different workout every session. There is never an issue with boredom or that feeling that you are paying someone to put you through the same old paces over and over. Group training sessions are approached with the same format, but tend to run slightly longer than thirty minutes. For new members we offer our

Paradigm Fitness offers one-on-one Pilates to those individuals who prefer to utilize the Pilates method on its own or in conjunction with weight training.

For those individuals who would like a complete exercise program they can execute themselves within their own home or gym, Paradigm Fitness offers a Program Design . This session takes approximately one hour.

The Ultimate Fitness Package is designed to make the whole process as simple as possible by supplying two one-on-one sessions a week, a personally designed meal plan and the necessary supplements to accommodate your meal plan.

At Paradigm Fitness, we'll coach you on both the exercise and nutritional components of fitness as we guide you to your fittest self.
