Paradigm Fitness has been serving the Newark, Wilmington and Greenville, Delaware areas for over 10 years. Our personal trainer services include one-on-one and small group sessions. These sessions range from 1 to 4 days a week. With all training at our Delaware based studio. All personal training programs include the following:
- Personal training sessions with the personal trainer of your choice.
- Nutritional Guidance.
- A cardiovascular training program from your personal trainer, for outside of Paradigm Fitness.
- The use of our cardiovascular equipment in the studio outside of your session.
- Our monthly newsletter with helpful information.
- Ongoing support through email, texting or telephone with your personal trainer.
