Mike came to Paradigm Fitness in preparation for his freshman year of football for Middletown High School. The following letter was written by his Father:

I know that I have thanked you before, but again, thanks are just not enough. you took my 14 year old son about 9 months ago and have molded him and worked him to help him achieve his lifting goals. As I told you many months ago, Michael is not your average 14 year old, but still, he was very inexperiencd when it came to weight training. You were patient with him and slowly brought him along. I CANNOT thank you enough for that. Keep up the good work. He's already told me his goals for next year are: Squat 500 lbs., Bench 300 lbs., Hang Clean 250 lbs.

Thanks,

Scott
