Our Personal Training Programs Get Results

Paradigm Fitness has been serving the Newark, Wilmington and Greenville, Delaware areas for over 15 years. These personal training sessions range from 1 to 4 days a week. With all training at our Delaware based semi-private studio.
One-on-One Personal Training Sessions

One-on-One Sessions

Personal training sessions executed by highly qualified and educated personal trainers. The sessions are thirty minutes (more than adequate to achieve great results) and will progress you accordingly with a different workout every session. Get Started for Free

Small Group Personal Training Sessions

Couples & Group Sessions

Group personal training sessions are approached with the same format but tend to run slightly longer than 30 minutes. Groups may consist of 2 to 4 individuals and will work with 1 or 2 personal trainers, depending on the demand of the workout routine. Get Started for Free

Online Training

Online personal training and coaching offers you the flexibility to have us custom design your workouts and train whenever and wherever you like. Your workouts will change each week and be customized to your abilities, goals, and accessible equipment. There are also options for different levels of coaching and nutritional consultation. The help and expertise of your trainer isn't just limited to your workout in the Studio. Your trainer will work with you to design a cardiovascular training program that is goal appropriate between sessions.

Personal Trainer Discounts

If two people from the same immediate family train with a Paradigm personal trainer, additional family members who train with us, will receive a 10% discount on all their personal training programs.
